Job Location : East Industry : Aerospace Job Duties Regulatory & Quality Management Ensure compliance with CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, CAAM, CAAT Part-145 and other applicable aviation regulations. Lead and maintain the Quality and Flight Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, EN9100/9110 and company standards. Define and deploy the local Quality and Flight Safety strategy aligned with business objectives. Audit & Compliance Manage internal and external audits by aviation authorities, customers and certification bodies. Monitor compliance, oversee corrective actions, and maintain audit readiness. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Lead investigations into quality events and non-conformities using structured root cause analysis. Ensure regulatory occurrence reporting and drive corrective and preventive actions. Promote Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the Quality team while fostering a strong quality and safety culture. Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS and regional leadership to drive compliance and operational excellence. Report quality performance and compliance metrics to senior management and headquarters. Safety & External Relations Support Safety Management activities, crisis response and major incident management. Act as the primary liaison with aviation authorities, customers, suppliers and external stakeholders.
