Responsibilities
- Support Product Development Quality activities for New Projects launches, aligned with program quality direction.

- Perform yard vehicle preservation, identify deterioration, and ensure NOT OK units are repaired before release.
- Monitor field issues and defined action plans to support timely resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and global business environments.
- Spanish is desirable, considering interaction with teams across Latin America.
- Experience in program management and product launch support.
- Experience with continuous improvement processes.
- Knowledge of quality, quality auditing, ISO tools, and launch processes from a quality perspective.
- Technical engineering knowledge and understanding of vehicle components, with the ability to support problem analysis and technical issue resolution.
- Knowledge of data management and data analysis.
- Power BI and other local analytical tools experience is desirable.
- Education, experience, or strong interest in innovation, artificial intelligence, and new technologies is desirable.
- Behavioral profile focused on innovation, a differentiated perspective, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
