Leveraging DoD and Army crime prevention doctrine, the intern will develop a "To-Be" model-incorporating advanced technologies like automated reporting systems-to enhance situational awareness and align garrison police activities with the Army Preventive Policing Model (AP2M). The project will culminate in actionable recommendations and process maps designed to improve efficiency, reduce incident reporting timelines, and strengthen installation security, providing a tangible return on investment for HQDA-level policy development.
