Responsibilities

- Provide Strategic Clinical Leadership
- Set the vision and direction for physiotherapy services aligned with organisational goals.

- What You Bring
- Degree in Physiotherapy; postgraduate qualifications or relevant specialisation preferred
- 10+ years of progressive clinical experience, with leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record in leading teams and driving service transformation
- Strong clinical governance and quality improvement expertise
- Experience in acute and/or community care settings
- Forward-thinking, adaptable and comfortable navigating complexity
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
