Location and Travel This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel 2-3 days per week, dictated by business need. Travel will include: Head Office (currently Warwick, relocating to Coventry in 2026) Campuses across: Northampton Wales Scotland Northern Ireland Travel is an essential part of the role, enabling you to build relationships, support leaders on-site, and deliver an effective HR service across the UK region.
