Accountabilities: Review insurance policy and coverages Investigate complex automobile claims (i.e.: impaired, unlisted operator or non-drivable) and determine coverage and liability Settle claims in accordance with organization's policies and practices. Required to collaborate with the customer, service suppliers (i.e. towing, repair shops), other insurance companies and law enforcement
