Requirements

• 10 years of experience in construction focusing on MEP systems.
• Several years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and contractors on complex construction builds.
• Experience in: aviation/airport
• mission critical/datacenter
• sports/arena
• higher education
• Successful track record of delivering through the full project lifecycle (pre-con, procurement, construction, testing/commissioning, turnover) on multi-million-dollar programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, negotiation, and concise executive reporting.
