As the Senior Account Manager, 3PL, you will be the strategic partner for our most innovative clients: Digital Repackers. These businesses leverage the PSA Vault as their primary infrastructure to scale. You will serve as the day-to-day face of the PSA Vault, ensuring that our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) capabilities align perfectly with their digital product roadmaps. This is a high-impact role that combines relationship management, supply chain technicalities, and API implementation to ensure our partners can scale their businesses seamlessly on our platform. You'll report to the General Manager, PSA Vault and work from our New Castle, DE location (hybrid) . Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value to in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time.
