Responsibilities

  • Analyze drawings, routings, and manuals to determine specifications and testing procedures
  • Collect, record, and analyze inspection data to assess results
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve inspection issues
  • Verify and complete product paperwork accurately
  • Inspect product dimensions using precision tools (e.g., calipers, gauges, micrometers) and maintain quality records
  • Identify and document non-conforming materials per procedures .
  • Issue certification labels following established guidelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Aerospace industry (preferably in MRO organization )
  • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, aircraft manuals and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
  • Thorough knowledge and ability to apply knowledge of quality systems such as, Aerospace Standard (AS9100/AS9110), FAA regulations (145)
  • Additional experience in component overhaul and previous training and experience performing detailed inspection functions preferred
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators CMM) for quality control
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to train others and collaborate effectively in teams
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Competent in using computer systems for data input and completing forms, reports, and logs accurately
  • Problem-solving skills to define, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to write clearly, understand work documents, and communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
  • Mobility and willingness to temporarily relocate
  • Readiness to work on 2 shifts (6-14 & 14-22)
