Senior Full-Stack Wireless Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• You will design, develop, and validate wireless features across the full stack, owning both implementation and test automation to ensure high-quality system behavior.
• In this role:
• Design and implement end-to-end wireless features across AP, controller, and management layers
• Own feature validation , including test plans, automation, and system testing
• Debug complex issues spanning firmware, networking, and system layers
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of features
• Drive improvements in test coverage, automation, and quality practices
• Collaborate across multiple engineering teams
• Promote AI-assisted development and test automation practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in wireless or networking software
• Strong coding skills in C/C++ and Python
• Solid understanding of 802.11 protocols and system behavior
• Experience with wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X)
• Experience with test automation and system validation
• Ability to own features end-to-end (development + testing)
• Experience with: Roaming (802.11k/v/r)
• Mesh networking
• Load balancing / client steering
• QoS and traffic management
• Familiarity with lab setup and test infrastructure
