Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Work with the APAC General Manager (APAC GM), and other EOS staff to initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and online channels to uncover opportunities and build relationships.
- Sales Support: Provide commercial support to customers, APAC GM, Account Managers, and Sales Directors. Assist with Salesforce management and collaborate on forecasting.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of EOS' products and services. Communicate features and benefits effectively to prospective clients.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads from various sources to determine sales potential.
- Business Development Meetings & Support: Attend physical and virtual meetings with potential and existing customers with the APAC GM, Account Managers, and Sales Directors.
- Work with the APAC GM, Account Managers, and Sales Directors to develop collaterals and prepare for the above meetings.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging virtual presentations and demos, addressing client needs and showcasing our solutions.
- Closing Sales: Drive the closure of sales orders and follow up on leads to meet sales targets.
- CRM Mastery: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records, manage leads, and track sales activities.
- Coordination with the Sales Operations, Design and Project Management teams: Collaborate and finalize documentation relating to Sales Opportunities; and liaise with the Customer on queries in respect of the same.
- Customer on-boarding: coordinate and drive customer on-boarding and sub-contract on-boarding into Salesforce.
- Responses to RFPs: Build and maintain service catalogue's to be used in commercial discussions and responses to RFPs for example rate cards for managed services, Field engineering rates, sub-contracting rates throughout APAC.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external sales teams and technical experts to resolve customer queries. For example, drive subject matter experts' inputs in response to RFPs.
- Collaboration and synchronization: where appropriate coordinate work with the sales Operations team across EOS.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and improve strategies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Strong commercial acumen with experience across the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals.
- Able to engage and influence senior stakeholders across APAC and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experienced in business development, including client presentations, proposal development, and solution positioning.
- Well‑organised with the ability to manage CRM data, RFPs, and multi‑region coordination.
- Proactive and self‑driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
