Responsibilities

  • As a NCG Specialist, you ensure an efficient and timely logistic setup for non-commercial goods (NCG), securing cost-effective delivery, sustainable reuse and accurate flow of materials from split-point(s) to all Construction & Facilities projects.
  • You will:
  • Coordinate sourcing, transportation, and delivery of NCG shopfitting materials to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution across projects
  • Manage logistics flows from split-points to project sites, working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Support planning and execution of project materials, collaborating with Project Managers, Facility, and Commercial teams
  • Maintain accurate data in systems (e.g. Tango) to support planning, forecasting, and tracking of materials
  • Oversee inventory, reuse, and waste management processes, ensuring alignment with sustainability and operational guidelines
  • Handle issues, change requests, and claims, working cross-functionally to resolve challenges and secure project progress
  • Ensure global standards, guidelines, and best practices for NCG are followed, contributing to continuous improvement and sharing insights across markets
  • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • You'll work closely with Project Managers, Facility teams, Visual teams, and global NCG stakeholders. You'll also collaborate with suppliers, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth logistics and project execution.
  • This role will be reporting to the Expansion Manager.

Requirements

  • We are looking for people who...
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Bring experience in logistics, supply chain, or NCG operations (experience in Project, Facility, or Visual environments is a plus)
  • Have strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Are confident working with data, systems (e.g. MS Office), and logistics processes
