Job Description SHIFT HOURS: 7:55 AM-4:30 PM JOB INCENTIVES: Pay Rate $20.60 Benefits available on Day 1 On-the-job training PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for loading or stacking boxed product onto pallets in required formation and/or weight. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Under general supervision, load and organize pallets according to customer or company requirements using pallet jacks or by manually lifting product Verify pallets are loaded according to work order Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Ability to read work orders Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand up to 8 hours. Lift up to 60 lbs.
