For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Executive-Production Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and executing production activities within the SPPS Production department, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, documentation compliance, and operational efficiency. Supervise and perform day-to-day production activities in SPPS Production Ensure all processes are carried out as per established standards and timelines. Monitor the production floor for quality, safety, and efficiency. Distribute work assignments among workmen as per operational requirements. Allocate manpower based on skill sets and production priorities. Issue raw materials as per production requirements with accurate documentation. Monitor and minimize raw material wastage during production. Issue and maintain all production-related documents in a timely manner. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal documentation standards. Handle and process work permits in compliance with applicable safety protocols. Ensure all activities are duly authorized prior to commencement. Review and verify executed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Equipment Cleaning Records (BECR) Ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of all reviewed records. Monitor and control cleaning activities on the production floor. Ensure BMR-BECR documentation is maintained with precision and consistency.
