About the role
Drive operational excellence by leading our maintenance department. Experience: 6+ years in a maintenance or engineering leadership role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting. Technical Skills: Deep troubleshooting expertise and proficiency in Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance. Methodology: Direct exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles. Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budgeting and financial oversight. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
