Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental volume with rental and leasing companies.

  • Required Skills, Experience, and Education
  • Proven Sales Experience and strong asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proven sales capability.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations with Dealers, customers, regional teams, and other GM Fleet team members.
  • Ability to work independently and balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to focus on the highest-impact activities.
  • Past working experience of working with Dealers and Customers is considered an asset.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, and specific knowledge of GM sales operations across Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac brands, is considered an asset.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • Valid Divers License.
  • Ability to travel occasionally across Canada.
  • Work location Ontario.

The salary range for this role is $131,000.00 to $180,900.00.
