We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Affiliate Marketing to own and scale WHOOP's affiliate marketing channel. This role will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes across the affiliate program, including revenue growth, customer acquisition efficiency, and return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate is a results-oriented performance marketer who thrives in an ownership-driven environment, can operate independently, and has a proven track record of building and optimizing revenue-generating affiliate partnerships. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will develop and execute global affiliate growth strategies, manage partner relationships, forecast channel performance, own budget allocation, and deliver against ambitious revenue targets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Partnerships teams to maximize the impact of the affiliate channel as a meaningful driver of business growth.
