  • Define and execute the global Indirect Sourcing Strategy, including categories such as Energy, Staffing, Equipment Rentals and Purchases, and Industrial Equipment Maintenance.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Indirect sourcing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven success in developing and leading strategic sourcing programs and delivering year-over-year cost savings.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management, supplier risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Ariba, SAP, GEP).
  • Work Type: Hybrid - This role follows a Hybrid Work Schedule requiring a minimum of 3 in‑office days per week, Monday through Thursday, at your designated Regal Rexnord office, with the option to work remotely up to 2 days per week, including Friday.
