Requirements

• 5 + years of software development experience, with strong expertise in web technologies.
• Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration-focused UI work.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js , or similar).
• Solid understanding of API-driven workflows and backend integration patterns.
• Familiarity with templating, bundling, build systems, and deployment workflows.
• Strong experience with Git workflows and continuous integration practices.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a Technical Lead or leading engineers through complex systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering and product.
• Good English communications skills.

Additional Information

ABOUT YOU We are looking for a MIT (Monetization Integration Team) Tech Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of monetization-focused integration solutions. This includes leading the development of HTML-based integration flows, UI components, and tools that help partners implement Xsolla's monetization products quickly and reliably. The role blends hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and leadership of a team working on integration-level and user-facing experiences.
