Responsibilities

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Registered with Social Care Wales (where applicable).
  • Willing to work towards ILM Level 5.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Approachable, respectful, confidential and transparent.
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and committed to high-quality care.
  • Confident using electronic care planning, medication and compliance systems.
