This will include; Co-ordination for recruitment in your Village, including Offer letters, Contracts, ID checks Maintain a cash reconciliation system Deliver HR recruitment & Financial reports Processing payroll & queries Liaising with Customers, Visitors, Staff and external providers effectively Knowledge and understanding of GDPR regulations There will be no such thing as a typical day and that is why this role is an ideal for someone who likes variety. About you You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks to a deadline prioritise own workload. Show diplomacy, discretion and communicate effectively with your team and any visitors to the village.
