Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 years in a corporate environment.
  • Experience hiring across APJC countries.
  • Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills.
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and AI‑driven technology
  • Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry also a plus

Role Overview As a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of APJC TA, the TA Partner, APJC will lead full lifecycle recruiting-including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation-to secure top talent. This role will strategically support hiring needs across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand across functions. In addition will be responsible to manage senior level stake holders across functions to be their talent strategic partner to build and scale teams.
