Job Summary The Cyber AI and Automation Engineer will focus on designing, building, and operating AI‑driven and automation‑first security solutions across the organization. This role is at the intersection of DevOps, Security Engineering, and Applied AI, and will require a strong hands‑on expertise in programming, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, cloud environments, and modern AI technologies including LLMs and agentic AI systems. The Engineer will actively contribute to implementing the organization's AI framework, automate security and operational workflows, and reduce manual effort across SOC, IAM, and security testing functions. The ideal candidate has built real AI use cases, understands current industry trends, and thrives in a fast‑learning, experimentation‑driven environment. Essential Job Functions Support design, build, and deploy of AI-driven and agentic AI use cases to solve real security and operational problems, including detection, triage, enrichment and response automation - (15%) Work hands‑on to implement and operationalize the enterprise AI framework, collaborating closely with AI, platform, and security teams. - (10%) Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks and pipelines to eliminate manual and repetitive security and operational tasks. - (15%) Apply strong DevOps and CI/CD expertise to automate build, test, deployment, and security workflows using DevSecOps best practices. - (15%) Develop scripts, services, and APIs using modern programming languages to improve reliability, scalability, and security of platforms and operations. - (15%) Support SOC, IAM, and security operations automation, including alert triage, enrichment, investigation, and response workflows. - (15%) Evaluate tools & technology, work & collaborate closely across Cyber Security teams to identify areas of opportunity to optimize, simplify and create value for the department's success - (10%) Stay current with industry trends in AI, LLMs, agentic architecture, and security automation, and translate them into practical implementations. - (5%)
