QC Inspector (B Shift / C Shift) - Marsiling

Job Responsibilities Perform daily inspection duties assigned by the supervisor Conduct in-process inspections and report product/process abnormalities Raise Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR) when required Perform outgoing inspections and out-of-box audits Compile and maintain quality inspection reports Ensure proper 5S housekeeping standards in work area Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements Issue Stop Machine / Stop Shipment instructions when quality issues arise Perform QC buy-off and stamping for accepted/rejected products Support quality assurance and production compliance activities

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent with 5 credits
• Previous QC inspection experience required
• Able to communicate and understand simple English
• Comfortable working in cleanroom environment
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel)
• Familiar with inspection equipment such as:SmartscopeCMMCaliperMicrometerDial Indicator
• Experience in sampling and visual inspection preferred
• Working Hours
• B Shift (Afternoon Shift)
• Monday - Friday: 3:00PM - 11:00PM
• Saturday: 1:00PM - 7:00PM
• C Shift (Night Shift)
• Monday - Friday: 11:00PM - 7:00AM (Next Day)
• Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: SGD 1,800 - 2,100
• Shift Allowance: Afternoon Shift: SGD 5/day； Night Shift: SGD 10/day
• Attendance Allowance: SGD 100/month
