About the role
The Health Client Technology Manager is a subject matter expert level of client benefits plan requirements. System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and benefits administration systems. Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's or equivalent work experience
- Possess 3 or more years of technical experience
- Able to translate concepts to client requirements that drive technological and process solutions to meet client needs
- Possess project and client management experience
- Possess analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Possess Leadership and coaching skills
- Possess Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to facilitate effective conversations with internal and external clients
