  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • +10 years' experience in a similar role within mining or heavy industry project environments
  • Strong background in project execution, contract management, and customer-facing roles
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

Department Overview Products Business Line | Customer Delivery | Customer Delivery Andes This role sits at the heart of our execution engine, ensuring seamless delivery of complex product and integration projects across the Andes region. This position is based in Santiago, Chile, supporting projects across the Andes region, with additional exposure and collaboration on global projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, sales, and international teams to deliver excellence to our customers. Role Summary As a Project Manager - Customer Delivery, you will be accountable for managing assigned product and integration projects from handover through execution to warranty closure, ensuring delivery on scope, on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards. You will act as a commercial and operational leader, driving project performance, managing risk, and building strong customer relationships, directly impacting revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
