Job description : - Handled customer inquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions - Resolved customer complaints and service issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction - Provided accurate product information, pricing quotations, and delivery updates to customers - Coordinated order processing and workflow to ensure timely fulfillment and adherence to customer deadlines - Maintained detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and administrative documentation - Collaborated closely with the Sales team and internal departments to support daily operations and resolve outstanding issues Location : Yishun (Few bus-stop from Yishun MRT) Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Range : $2500 - $3300
