Who are we? Sweep is the agentic layer for enterprise systems where teams and metadata agents plan, change, and govern systems with speed and confidence. What will you do at Sweep? We're looking for a high-impact Growth Marketer to own strategy, execution, and results across paid and select organic acquisition channels. You'll own the paid programs, build the acquisition system, and work closely with Sales to turn pipeline into revenue - testing new ideas, doubling down on what works, and shaping how the company shows up in the market. Own paid acquisition and email nurture programs Drive strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels. Manage budgets, bidding, targeting, and creative and continuously test and iterate. Own email nurture programs to keep leads engaged and move them through the funnel to pipeline. Build and scale the pipeline engine. Map how customers are acquired, find the patterns, and turn them into a repeatable system. Connect paid programs with field, partner, and outbound motions into one cohesive acquisition system. Partner with Sales to drive revenue. Keep marketing, BDR, and sales aligned on targeting, messaging, and pipeline quality Use data and sales feedback to double down on what works and cut what doesn't. Build an AI-native growth approach. Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work across targeting, segmentation, creative testing, performance reporting, and lead routing Build systems, not just prompts - think orchestration, automation, and compounding leverage, not one-off tools Continuously identify where AI can remove friction, surface insights, or improve decision-making across the full acquisition funnel Bring your own playbook - we expect you to introduce tools, workflows, and approaches we haven't thought of yet, and ship them fast Bring your own playbook - we expect you to introduce tools, workflows, and approaches we haven't thought of yet.
