Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field plus related work experience, or equivalent or Diploma in a related field plus related work experience, preferred Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven success in achieving monthly KPI's and quotas Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity Must be willing to develop and train into a General Manager role Able to work flexible hours such as days, evenings, and weekends, as well as on special promotional events. GYMVMT ASSISTANT MANAGER Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, evening and weekend work required Shifts start times range from 9 - 10 AM and consists of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day/week. May need to start at 5 AM some days depending on business requirements.
