Handle chargebacks, compromised accounts, and funds recovery. Communicate with internal and external parties for fraud concerns, verifications, follow-up, etc. Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities. Investigate different fraud patterns. Components for success. You... Are fluent in English. Are available to work on shifts (08 am - 05 pm/ 03 pm - 00) Have previous experience in the Finance field.
