- Hands-on experience building and executing lifecycle campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, using platforms like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io , or similar.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and basic lifecycle journey design, with the ability to translate user behavior into campaign logic.
- Analytical mindset with experience using A/B testing, campaign performance metrics, and basic data analysis to optimize lifecycle performance.
- Exposure to both B2C and B2B or product-led environments, with an interest in how lifecycle programs can support both user engagement and product adoption.
