Responsibilities

  • Monitor national and international procurement portals for relevant tenders.
  • Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and bid documents to assess eligibility and technical requirements.
  • Conduct bid/no-bid analysis and prepare summary reports for management.
  • Draft and format CVs, corporate experience, project sheets, and supporting documents.

  • Strong understanding of procurement guidelines (ADB, World Bank, Government entities, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, documentation, and formatting skills.
  • Good analytical ability to interpret RFPs and tender requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in any stream; Engineering degree preferred.
