Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to managers and employees, supporting organizational and people-related topics
- Drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, performance, and development activities

- Education

Requirements
- +5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), including exposure to governance topics
- Proven experience working in multinational organizations
- Experience in HR governance and labour law, including HR policies, compliance, reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Know-how
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Knowledge of labour law and HR compliance frameworks
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR metrics and workforce data
- Experience with HR reporting and dashboards; proficiency in Power BI or similar tools is considered a strong plus
- Languages
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Spanish is a plus
