Business Operations Supervisor

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience building process automations in a business or operations context, using platforms such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent. Must have real production examples to show. Experience in fintech, retail-tech, or a high-growth startup is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with at least one automation platform (Make, N8N, or equivalent) and a CRM tool (Zoho CRM or similar). Comfortable with data tools including Google Sheets and a BI or dashboarding platform (Hex, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Language: Fluent Spanish (native or equivalent) and intermediate to advanced English
• Specialized Knowledge: Proven ability to independently lead a process improvement cycle from end to end: diagnosing the problem, designing the solution, building or coordinating implementation, and measuring results.
