Requirements

- A degree in civil or environmental engineering (or similar)
- 10+ years' experience, with strong expertise in stormwater design for transport infrastructure
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), or on the path to achieving it
- Proven experience working with key clients such as Auckland Transport, NZTA, or local councils
- Advanced knowledge of stormwater modelling and design tools (e.g. 12d, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS)
- Strong understanding of New Zealand standards, codes, and regulatory frameworks
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes across complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring, guiding teams, and driving collaboration
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering value to clients
