Order Fulfilment Executive

About the role

G.A.P Events & Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Executive to support our daily operations and ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling coordination between sales, warehouse, logistics, and customers to maintain smooth fulfilment operations.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate order fulfilment, packing, and delivery schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders
• Handle customer enquiries regarding order status and delivery updates
• Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and fulfilment documentation
• Track shipments and resolve fulfilment-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and administrative reports
• Support operational improvements and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, warehouse coordination, or operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with inventory or order management systems
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail fulfilment operations
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics coordination
