Responsibilities
- Draft, revise and/or review all non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), proposals, master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), request for proposal/information (RFP/RFI/etc.) and all other contractual documents for all lines of business in Cognisight
- Plan and deliver on time all RFP & RFI submissions, proposals, SOWs, NDA, MSA etc.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with laws and organizational policies; analyze and mitigate risk
- Prepare contracts and statements of work that meet the financial and professional goals of Cognisight
- Develop and implement Cognisight's contract administration related policies and procedures and implement measures to ensure company-wide compliance with established policies and procedures
- Interpret and explain contractual terms and implications to internal departments
- Assist with the negotiation of client, vendor, and corporate contracts along with the Cognisight leadership team
- Ensure all Client and Vendor agreements match the Cognisight terms and conditions
- Develop and maintain Cognisight company responses in contract repository for on-going new requests and RFP/RFI responses
- Support operational workflows with initiative and a proactive approach to delivering best-in-class solutions for current and prospective clients as part of the Cognisight leadership team
- Support content development, copywriting, and editing for company proposals, and prepare polished final submissions
- Manage CRM inputs and sales prospect follow-ups in Monday.com with robust reporting/status and action plans
- Serve as a member of the Cognisight leadership team and contribute to business advancement projects beyond core contracting responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in responding to proposals and contracting in a client-facing role
- Healthcare/Health Plan or Medicare/ACA background strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal experience preferred
- Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards of contract administration
- Knowledgeable in legal and ethical rules and local, state, and federal regulations regarding contracts
- Ability to draft contract clauses independently or with legal support that accurately address key commercial issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience strongly preferred
- Notary preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation, and project management skills
- High degree of professionalism and sensitivity to confidential and non-public information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work with efficiency and precision
