  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The Program Manager for Assortment supports Whole Foods Market's multi-year strategy for advancing selection planning capabilities, in close partnership with merchandising, product and category teams. Key job responsibilities - Supports execution of multi-year capability roadmap strategy - Manages implementation and optimization of software solutions for assortment planning - Delivers quantifiable KPI improvements for assortment planning initiatives (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, assortment productivity) - Supports development and implementation of assortment life-cycle processes - Supports monthly business review practice for key stakeholders to track performance KPIs
