Responsibilities
- Mosque Annual Action Plan
- Plan, execute, and review the annual action plan for the Social Development Unit, ensuring alignment with mosque goals.
- Manage Zakat disbursements and coordinate the implementation of Board-approved programmes.
- Track and report progress on programme outcomes and grant utilisation.
- Application for Zakat / Other Assistance

- Submit monthly claims for Befrienders' allowances to MUIS's MO team.
- Other duties
- Support mosque-wide programmes and assist in operations when required.
- Take on additional responsibilities and participate in internal committees as assigned by supervisors.
- Job Requirements
- Minimum, a recognised diploma from a tertiary institution
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant work experiences (fresh graduates may apply)
- Effectively bilingual in English and Malay; comfortable using IT tools for work.
- Compassionate, responsible, and committed to working with low-income families.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to plan and implement programmes independently or in a team setting.
