  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain training records, reports, and dashboards
  • Define and track key training KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements
  • Subject Matter Expertise
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in health benefits processes including enrollment, eligibility, and compliance
  • Provide guidance on process improvements, knowledge transitions, and best practices
  • Support business during critical cycles such as open enrollment
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Healthcare, or related field
  • 10-15+ years of experience with at least 5-7 years in training/learning roles
  • Strong experience in Health Benefits Administration or HR outsourcing domain
  • Proven experience in managing training teams and large-scale programs
