Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across multiple business functions within the central organization
  • Design, implement, and standardize CI methodologies, tools, and best practices across departments and business units
  • Monitor and oversee cross-functional CI projects, ensuring delivery of measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, cost reduction, process optimization, and operational excellence

Requirements

  • You have bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field
  • You have proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean Management, or Project Management within an international organization
  • You have strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, problem-solving methodologies, and process optimization tools; Lean Six Sigma or other CI certifications are considered an advantage
  • You have demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and successfully driving organizational change across multiple business areas
  • You have experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
  • You have strong communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy when working with internal stakeholders, including end users, peers, and support teams
  • You have ability to work effectively in a matrix and multicultural environment, engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • You have advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset
