Pluxee operates through a global digital marketing hub‑and‑spoke model, where a central team of experts partners with regional clusters around the world. Each spoke typically supports 3-5 countries, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high‑impact execution across markets. Within this structure, the Paid Media Specialist plays a key role in driving measurable business outcomes through strategic paid advertising. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn...), ensuring they align with broader marketing objectives and deliver strong performance against key KPIs. You'll collaborate closely with marketing and digital teams in multiple countries across the Group, refining strategies and contributing to shared expertise. Positioned within one of our digital marketing spokes, this role gives you the opportunity to support at least two countries, influence multi‑market performance, and help accelerate Pluxee's digital growth through data‑driven excellence. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and target the right audiences with effective strategies. KPI Reporting Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI). Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on performance data. Remarketing & Audience Targeting Develop and implement remarketing strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions. Use audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and retargeting to enhance campaign performance. Budget Management Allocate and optimize budget across campaigns to maximize efficiency and impact, ensuring effective spending to achieve business objectives. Continuously assess and reallocate resources as needed to maximize ROI. Performance Optimization Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. Test and optimize ad copy, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve key metrics (CTR, CPA, etc.). Collaboration Work with content, creative, analytics, and Hub teams to ensure ad copy, visuals, and messaging align with business objectives. Ensure campaigns are cohesive across platforms, collaborating closely with the broader marketing team. Stay Up to Date with Industry Trends Stay informed on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising opportunities. Leverage new tools and strategies to drive innovation in paid media campaigns and ensure the use of the most effective methods available. 🌟 You are a match Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a proven track record of successful results. Experience in global or multicounty roles, will be a plus. Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign management. Strong analytical skills, including KPI tracking and optimization (CTR, conversions, CPL, ROI). Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting strategies. ROI-focused mindset, consistently optimizing campaign performance to achieve business goals. Strategic and adaptable approach, aligning media strategies with business objectives and adjusting based on data, market trends, and changing needs.
