RPA Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Guide RPA development teams, offer technical mentorship, and ensure high-quality code and architecture.
• Solution Design : Lead the creation of functional and technical designs for complex automation solutions.
• Development & Optimization : Design, develop, test, and deploy Blue Prism automations (processes, objects), optimizing existing bots for performance.
• Project Oversight: Manage the entire RPA project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within constraints.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Support & Maintenance: Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide technical support.
• Best Practices : Enforce development standards, architecture, and documentation.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in RPA, leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Blue Prism Expertise: Deep, hands-on proficiency in Blue Prism (Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room).
• Programming: Strong C# and VB.NET skills are a significant advantage..
• Methodologies: Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
