  • Track administrative tasks through completion and escalate delays appropriately.
  • Technology and Meeting Support
  • Support audiovisual equipment, virtual meetings, and presentation readiness.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and related business tools effectively.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to IT or the appropriate system owner.
  • Learn and use new workflow and document-management platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Initiate and track requests with internal support teams.
  • Coordinate effectively with onsite and remote colleagues across Labcorp locations.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress, delays, and next steps.

This individual will help medical directors work efficiently as part of a global team advancing clinical trials, drug development, and innovative laboratory science. The Administrative Coordinator will provide essential onsite support to the Medical & Scientific Affairs team while coordinating closely with remote colleagues and individuals at other Labcorp locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, proficient with technology, and committed to providing responsive, high-quality support in a fast-paced professional environment. Reliability, motivation, and organization are essential for success in this role. Labcorp is a leader in laboratory services and drug development, supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device organizations throughout the development lifecycle. The role coordinates calendars, meetings, visitors, travel, expenses, purchasing, communications, records, document workflows, onboarding activities, and follow-up on departmental priorities. Success in this position requires reliable onsite presence, strong organizational skills, professional communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, initiative, and consistent follow-through. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with leaders and partner functions, including IT, Finance, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Facilities, and travel support.
