Responsibilities
- Corpay is looking for a Product Owner to join the central mobile applications and web portals team in the International Vehicle Payments division of Corpay .
- Our mobile apps are used by fleet drivers every day to find sites, plan routes and pay for fuel and services that keep vehicles on the road. Today, these experiences largely operate in isolation from the web portals used by fleet managers and finance teams.
- Operating across multiple European markets, with a growing but underpenetrated user base, this is a significant opportunity to rethink how digital tools support fleet operations - moving beyond transactional services towards connected, insight-driven and value-adding solutions.
- As a Product Owner, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional squads to translate this vision into actionable priorities, delivering high-quality, scalable features that improve customer outcomes and drive adoption.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to understand product vision, goals and KPIs, translating these into a clear, prioritised backlog and sprint objectives aligned to business priorities
- Own and continuously refine the product backlog , ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritised based on business value, user needs and technical considerations, and include clear acceptance criteria to support efficient, high-quality delivery
- Work closely with engineering, design and QA to refine requirements, support solution design, and ensure high-quality feature delivery
- Act as a key member of the cross-functional squad, actively participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives to maintain alignment and delivery momentum
- Review and accept delivered work , ensuring it meets acceptance criteria and aligns with user needs and business expectations
- Champion the customer within the team, engaging with customer-facing and business stakeholders to gather feedback, and using data insights and usability testing to inform product improvements and validate solutions before release
- Support discovery activities by breaking down initiatives into actionable increments, contributing to ideation, problem-solving and solution refinement
- Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, identify risks, and ensure alignment across teams
- Work with analytics and engineering to ensure appropriate tracking is in place, enabling measurement of feature performance and contribution to product KPIs
- Focus on delivering incremental value , ensuring each release contributes to measurable product outcomes
- Support go-to-market execution, ensuring features are ready for release, well-documented, and aligned with launch plans
- Communicate progress and outcomes through sprint reviews, demos, and regular updates, providing visibility of delivered value and upcoming priorities
- Stay informed on market and competitor trends to provide context for prioritisation and continuous product improvement
- Job Requirements
- Passionate about the customer and solving complex problems, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
- 3+ years of hands-on Product Owner experience delivering mobile applications in Agile environments
- Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile practices, with experience applying Design Thinking and iterative delivery approaches
- Knowledge of mobile apps, payment products and digital tools
- Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate requirements, priorities and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences
