Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of US federal, state, and local tax compliance, including corporate income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax filings
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's overall tax position

  • Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax law - non-negotiable
  • Demonstrated experience managing tax compliance and planning in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Hands-on experience with ASC 740 income tax provision and reporting
  • CPA designation required; advanced degree in Taxation or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; must be comfortable advising and presenting to executive stakeholders
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar), and have worked with US-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
