Associate, Distribution Compensation - Insurance - Contract

About the role

Job Scope Distribution Channel Compensation Administer the distribution 3rd Party Insurer and any other out of system compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments Key touchpoint for internal and external stakeholders/insurers on compensation related matters In charge of end-to-end process from commission receivable from 3rd Party to payment & statements to distributors Administer all the ad-hoc adjustments required by collating all the required data and preparing the necessary files Support process improvement and automation to improve BAU cycle efficiency Participating in projects & UAT as required Distributor Requests Key person in charge of processing Income statement requests from distributors within SLA Process clawback of commission from outcome of investigation Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned Job Qualifications Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experience in insurance industry Excellent Microsoft Office skills: MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formula), MS Word Proficiency in VBA is advantageous Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline Resourceful, Independent & excellent problem-solving skills We respect your privacy and all communication will be treated with confidentiality.
