- Collaborate with Product and Business Analytics teams to design and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at the right customer segments.
- Lead Personal Investing Initiatives
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development and implementation of retail banking initiatives within the personal investing space, from onboarding through fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and customer insights to recommend product and process enhancements.
- Support post-implementation activities, including user training, issue investigation, production support, and escalation management to ensure smooth operational performance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of retail banking products and digital banking ecosystems.
- Experience in customer journey mapping, digital product development, and stakeholder management.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with personal investing products and customer acquisition strategies will be advantageous.
