Telesales Team Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a team of telesales professionals. This role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective telephone-based sales operations. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution. As a Telesales Team Manager, we are looking for someone to: Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance requirements Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies Essential Proven experience in a telesales or contact centre sales environment Previous experience managing or supervising a sales team Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role. ------------- Together embraces diversity and inclusion, and are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
