About the Talent Scout Role As a Talent Scout, you'll help Fresno Summit identify, engage, and qualify exceptional talent for startups and SMBs across technical, healthcare, operational, GTM, and leadership roles. Depending on the engagement, you may support: Talent sourcing and market mapping Candidate research and outreach strategy Pipeline development and talent intelligence Interview coordination and candidate experience ATS hygiene, recruiting operations, and workflow execution Competitive talent insights and search strategy This is not a traditional internal recruiting role. We're looking for someone who can source exceptional talent, independently lead projects across recruiting, operations, and business development in order to help Fresno Summit scale with excellence.
